El concepto principal para estas oficinas fue basado en los hangares, bajo la limitante de no tocar las cancelerías que dividían los espacios, y dado que se trataba de oficinas provisionales, con la posibilidad de reutilizar los materiales ocupados para ser montados en la futura oficina definitiva.

The main concept for these offices was based on the idea of an aircraft hangar, with the constraint that the existing metal divisions between the spaces could not be altered. Given that this was to be a temporary office space, it was necessary to use materials which could be removed and relocated to the definitive office in the future.
