El Plan Maestro de Gogorrón, fue elaborado para establecer las pautas de un crecimiento ordenado del Centro Vacacional, para el que se realizaron: estudio y valoración de las instalaciones actuales, análisis y diagnóstico del funcionamiento y planteamiento de las etapas de intervención. Las acciones y proyectos propuestos se hicieron pensando en conservar y aprovechar los edificios existentes, mantener la imagen de hacienda, transformar el balneario en parque acuático, unificar la imagen de conjunto e incrementar la capacidad y servicios del hotel.

The Master plan for Gogorrón was carried out to establish the guidelines for the structured growth of the Vacation Centre. This involved: study and assessment of current installations, analysis and diagnosis of operations and presentation of the stages of involvement. The proposed strategies and projects were designed with the following in mind: the conservation and use of existing buildings, preservation of the ‘hacienda’ image, transformation of the centre into a water park, unification of the image of the complex, and increase in capacity and services of the hotel.
